Return - Refund Policy

  • No returns.

  • Order cancellations must be received in writing at least 2 weeks before ship date.

  • Refused orders are subject to freight charges plus a 15% restocking fee.

  • Damaged goods may be returned (upon written pre-approval) within 7 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise and must be accompanied with an original receipt. SFNRG LLC dba Mills & More will not process any returns without an original receipt and signed pre-approval.

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. Please claim any damages with shipper. You must notify us within Three (3) business days of receipt of any shipping damages. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point.

  • Damaged merchandise returns will not be accepted after 7 days from when you receive your shipment.

  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY MILLS & MORE. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BY A MILLS & MORE REPRESENTATIVE.

  • We cannot accept returns for items damaged in transit where that damage is not reported to us within 3 days of a customer accepting that shipment. Damages must be reported immediately.


Returning or Exchanging Items by USPS, UPS or FedEx
  1. Indicate if you want us to process a credit to the credit card that was used to place the order or send you a refund check. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by email: customerservice@wellbeingworldusa.com or call us at Tel: (212) 231-8116. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.

  2. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include a copy of the receipt. Packages MUST be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  3. We will ONLY refund shipping charges if the item sent is defective.

  4. Send returns to: ATT: Mills & More Returns, c/o ADWS, 3629 Reed Creek Drive Bassett, VA 24055.

  5. Please write your Return Authorization # (RA#) boldly & visibly on the outside of the carton being returned.
